Rev. mIATTA Tyler

Reverend  Miatta K. Tyler,  a born-again, Spirit-filled Christian is the head pastor of F.A.U.P.C.

Rev Tyler received her undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies at the Maranatha Bible College (MBC),  and a Masters in Christian Counseling from Monrovia State University. She has two adult children and is blessed with many grandchildren and spiritual children.

Rev. Tyler was ordained as Pastor in Charge of the First Apostolic United Pentecostal Church by the UPCI Board on February 9, 2004. In addition to her pastoral responsibilities, Rev. Tyler is currently the president of the Women’s  Department of the national Church in Liberia (a position she has served in for over 8 years) and is also the acting Dean of the Maranatha Bible College.

As a born again believer who gave her life to Christ in 1982, Rev. Tyler is passionate about Jesus and has a desire to preach God’s word in an uncompromised manner. She takes her responsibility to teach and interpret God’s word very seriously and spends countless hours in preparation, mediation, fast & prayer for each sermon she delivers.
